The 106,000-square-foot Target Flex Format project in Lake Success saw the beginning of interior framing work in 2023. Steel dunnage was also completed for rooftop units, which were picked the Wednesday after Memorial Day.

Exterior work on the project includes a curtainwall system and ACM panels, in addition to the beginning of exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) and wood cladding work. Interior work included the completion of the passenger elevator shaft; the elevator contractor is set to start mobilization. The freight elevator masonry shaft is at 75% completion, with escalator installation soon to follow.

Items currently in progress on the Target project include MEP, repairs to the terrazzo, concrete floor polish, market cases in the cellar, as well as installation of the ceiling grid in the cellar and second floor.
