This 82,000-square-foot project consisted of a new addition and renovation to the existing PS 303 school building. This project was completed in three phases. Phase one saw the construction of the new building addition, phase two included the new link which connects the new addition building to the existing building, and phase three consisted of renovations to the existing building.

This school was voted the City’s Most Coveted Public Elementary School. This small elementary school focuses on the Arts and ranges from Kindergarten to 3rd grade.
