The Brearley School project consisted of a new, out-of-ground 12-story school building for the Brearley’s Lower School program. Located at 590 East 83rd Street, the project included one basement level, several floors of classrooms, a gymnasium, an auditorium, an outdoor roof deck play area, and a mechanical penthouse.
