On-site mobilization for the Alexander Wang HQ interior fit-out project in Manhattan kicked off in early April 2023.

On April 6, layout and framing began on this corporate office project. The following May, acoustical spray treatment at the underside of the deck took place, followed by selective demo.

Since then, SuperCap flooring was installed and floor polishing is underway. MEP rough-in on the 4th floor is wrapping up. Sheetrock began in early August. Finally, mezzanine-level MEP is underway.

Project completion is targeted for mid-November.
